Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reinsurance Business Analyst / SICS.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance to assist teams with challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the reinsurance industry
• Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems; experience with DXC SICS is highly preferred
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance or reinsurance industry
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
