Release Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Release Manager to oversee the implementation and delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end release management lifecycle for Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management
• Develop and refine release management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness and manage interdependencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise application releases, preferably in SaaS environments
• 3+ years of direct experience with Workday release management
• Experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of agile and traditional SDLC methodologies
