Key Responsibilities
- Answers inbound and outbound calls efficiently while scheduling appointments and addressing customer needs
- Captures customer information and documents messages for clinic staff and providers
- Educates and advises patients on appointment processes and prioritizes health concerns according to urgency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Fundamental awareness of customer service and patient scheduling
- Basic knowledge of call center etiquette
- Ability to handle patient concerns and provide satisfactory service
