Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement options
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate information and support to customers
- Maintain a steady call volume while ensuring positive customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8AM-7PM, Monday-Sunday
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check
