Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare inquiries
- Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers and resolving issues
- Maintain desk presence for the duration of the shift, handling back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
- Completion of a background check is required
