A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls regarding healthcare-related inquiries such as Benefits, Enrollment, and Claims
• Explain Medicare Part D and Part C programs while addressing customer questions and concerns
• Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test
• Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Successful completion of a background check is required
• Must have a home internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
