Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare inquiries
• Navigating multiple computer systems while assisting customers over the phone
• Maintain presence at the desk for the duration of the shift, handling back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or college degree
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
• Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
• Completion of a background check is required
