A company is looking for a Worksite Case Advocate - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Input data and handle incoming calls from agency offices, accounts, and policy holders
- Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheets while regularly updating account information
- Participate in phone rotation and communicate basic account information clearly
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of call center experience preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Insurance experience is a plus
