A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Clinical to join their Customer Service-Clinical department.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans, providing assistance on various topics
- Record call information in proprietary systems and forward logs requiring further research
- Attend weekly meetings and complete all required trainings in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
