Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Clinical to join their Customer Service-Clinical department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from Providers, Members, and Health Plans, providing assistance on various topics
  • Record call information in proprietary systems and forward logs requiring further research
  • Attend weekly meetings and complete all required trainings in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to utilize multiple systems during interactions
  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
