A company is looking for a Consultant who can work remotely anywhere in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business objectives and conduct meetings to ensure alignment
- Execute a consultative sales strategy and manage a book of business for renewals and upselling
- Engage in educational opportunities and collaborate with clients on industry updates and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Benefit Administration sales and client success
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with Employee/Health and Welfare Benefits and web-based Benefit Technology
- Experience with employer groups of 10,000 lives or more
- GBA, CEBS, or PHR designations preferred
