Key Responsibilities

- Process transactions and maintain knowledge of company programs and policies
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience
- Ability to complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area
- Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
