A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide online support for up to 100+ customer contacts daily
• Handle billing inquiries and perform intermediate troubleshooting
• Interact with sports fans regarding streaming services across various devices

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• General knowledge of computer browsers and mobile devices
• Available for full-time work immediately
• Access to high-speed internet and a personal laptop or desktop computer
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
