Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
- Contact potential customers and provide professional customer support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience; banking or financial institution experience preferred
- Previous contact center experience preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including non-traditional hours
