A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls regarding fiber-optic internet service, including billing and technical support inquiries
- Provide accurate information and solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Document customer interactions and assist with account management and technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of call center experience is required
- 1 year of sales or upselling experience is required
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet with a wired ethernet connection
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
