Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Ultimate Medical Academy Grads Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Required Qualifications

• Must be a recent Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate or from a recruiting partner
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Some positions may require an associate degree or higher and/or a 2-year medical certification
• A high school diploma or GED
• Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free home environment
