Key Responsibilities

• Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and other locations
• Answer and place calls professionally, focusing on call resolution and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Proficient with office equipment and computer applications, including MS Suite
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills a plus
