A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers and promote fitness products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via inbound calls to sell fitness products and services
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide expert recommendations and introduce customers to VIP Family perks
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred)
- Experience working remotely or from home
- Ability to listen to customer needs and make effective recommendations
- Positive attitude and self-motivation in a work-from-home setting
- Established work-from-home environment with a windows-based PC or laptop and high-speed internet
