Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and enter data from customers and clients into a central database
- Respond to incoming calls and make occasional outbound calls regarding FEMA assistance
- Maintain and update the database system while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least six (6) months of customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience required
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Must reside within 75 miles of the Eagan, MN location
- Experience with call center telephony equipment preferred, but not required
