Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote Call Center position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
- Address patient questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Some knowledge of Insurance Billing is preferred; full training will be provided
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
- Able to handle pressure and maintain composure while managing large volumes of work
- Must be punctual and dependable
