Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a remote Call Center position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
  • Address patient questions and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Determine resolutions to customer issues while adhering to client rules and expectations
Required Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills with basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Some knowledge of Insurance Billing is preferred; full training will be provided
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Able to handle pressure and maintain composure while managing large volumes of work
  • Must be punctual and dependable
