A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Chat/Non-Voice) to provide email support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with retail inquiries, including order status and warranty issues
- Encourage customers to purchase higher-priced items and upgrades
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language is a plus
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Amenable to working the graveyard shift, including weekends
- Excellent time management and documentation skills
