Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen, assess, and understand client needs using a consultative approach
• Finalize participant applications and accurately track outbound contact attempts
• Assist participants over the phone while ensuring compliance with service regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical proficiency in managing multiple computer systems and using Microsoft Office
• Ability to complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
• Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts and mandatory overtime may be required
