Key Responsibilities
- Listen, assess, and understand client needs using a consultative approach
- Finalize participant applications and accurately track outbound contact attempts
- Assist participants over the phone while ensuring compliance with service regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical proficiency in managing multiple computer systems and using Microsoft Office
- Ability to complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
- Proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment preferred
- Ability to work varying shifts and mandatory overtime may be required
