Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls for scheduling, insurance inquiries, and patient needs, ensuring resolution
  • Schedule patient visits, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain communication with clinical staff and providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or healthcare
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Typing test required (minimum speed 35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
  • Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
