Key Responsibilities
- Navigate electronic health records to validate and document patient information while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls for scheduling, insurance inquiries, and patient needs, ensuring resolution
- Schedule patient visits, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain communication with clinical staff and providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service or healthcare
- No supervisory experience required
- Typing test required (minimum speed 35 wpm, 90% accuracy)
- Must reside within 1 hour of St. Louis, Missouri
