Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Advanced Learning Center platform
• Create and manage complex student groups and assignments for training purposes
• Develop and validate reports for audits and organizational needs using various reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field required
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience in learning management or information technology required
