Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, inbox, travel planning, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients
- Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and assist with administration-focused projects
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Experience in a law firm or professional services is desirable
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
