About the Role

We’re seeking motivated, coachable professionals who want to grow in the financial services industry. As a Financial Professional, you will meet with clients virtually or in-person to assess their goals and provide personalized recommendations in areas such as:
• Life insurance and final expense coverage
• Indexed growth and annuity strategies
• Tax-free retirement planning
• Debt management and legacy building
• Business protection and succession planning

This is a performance-based role with flexible scheduling. You can start part-time (10+ hours/week) and grow into a full-time position at your own pace.

What We’re Looking For

No financial background or experience required. Entry-level candidates are welcome since we provide training. We’re interested in candidates who have:
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Professionalism and integrity
• A genuine desire to help others
• Entrepreneurial or leadership background (a plus)
• Life and Health License preferred (not required as we will help you with the process of obtaining one)

Requirements
• Must currently reside in the United States
• Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)
• Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)

Most new candidates can complete their licensing within 7–14 days depending on study pace and state testing availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
