Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Fraud Support Call Center Representative (CCC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming phone calls regarding fraudulent or questionable debit, credit, or ATM activities
  • Assisting cardholders in accordance with standard operating procedures and directing them to their financial institutions when necessary
  • Participating in various group meetings, including team meetings and quality review sessions


Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, either customer-facing or phone/chat support
  • Commitment to work an assigned schedule in a 24/7 contact center environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable, high-speed internet service with specified download and upload speeds
  • A quiet and confidential workspace with a backup location for outages
