Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding healthcare inquiries
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while assisting customers
  • Maintain presence at the desk for the duration of the shift, handling back-to-back calls


Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Ability to complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Completion of a background check is required
