Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, and claims
  • Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs to customers
  • Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test
  • Completion of a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace and comply with monitoring requirements
