Key Responsibilities
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related topics
- Fully explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs while addressing customer inquiries
- Utilize multiple client systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test
- Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
- Successful completion of a background check is required
- Must have a home internet connection with specified bandwidth and a distraction-free workspace
