Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to Patients/Healthcare Providers to address inquiries and assist with application documentation
  • Utilize program training and resources to resolve patient/HCP questions and ensure timely application completion


Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required; hospitality, retail, and pharmaceutical experience encouraged
  • Call center experience preferred but not required
  • Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
  • Established home internet connectivity with minimum speed requirements
