Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to Patients/Healthcare Providers to address inquiries and assist with application completion
- Utilize program training to resolve patient/HCP questions and ensure timely application processing
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in hospitality, retail, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
- Established home internet connectivity with specified minimum speeds
