A company is looking for an Associate Engineer- Flexi/As Needed Remote Help Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Help Desk support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Log customer inquiries and issues into the CRM IT Service Management tool
- Escalate priority issues and route tickets to appropriate teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or ITSM tools
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for help desk and IT issues management
