Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Engineer - Flexi/As Needed Remote IT Help Desk Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Help Desk support to customers through phone, email, and chat
- Log calls and inquiries into the CRM IT Service Management tool and escalate issues as necessary
- Research and resolve customer problems using available resources and defined scripts
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or help desk support
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM/ITSM tools
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for specific tools and processes
