Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inbound calls from members to address inquiries regarding their pharmacy benefits
  • Establish and maintain relationships with members to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally
  • Provide information and resolve issues to influence a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of Pharmacy and/or Health Care experience preferred
