Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Advocate - PBM - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from members to address inquiries regarding their pharmacy benefits
- Establish and maintain relationships with members to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Provide information and resolve issues to influence a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume contact center environment
- Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required
- 1+ years of Pharmacy and/or Health Care experience preferred
