A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and timely member service via various communication channels
- Consult with members to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Perform account maintenance and complete necessary documentation for new member accounts
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of retail experience with a track record in service and sales goals
- Basic understanding of financial products and services
- Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping members
