Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Representative to provide support for health plan inquiries from members and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize resources to effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries while delivering outstanding service
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from members and providers, documenting interactions as per departmental policies
- Maintain knowledge of contracts and policies, working collaboratively with peers to meet quality and productivity goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior professional work experience, ideally in customer service, with training provided for those without call center experience
- Ability to work from home with a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or other languages are highly desirable
