Job Summary
A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator, National Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and process data and communication according to standards
- Enter, review, and verify member information in the Care Transitions platform and assist in coordinating member care
- Complete administrative documentation for member records and monitor assigned team duties
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
- Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours of M-F 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CST
