Remote Resupply Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resupply Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and completing follow-up as needed
• Processes orders accurately and schedules deliveries while notifying management of any issues
• Verifies insurance coverage and obtains prior authorizations in compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Three months of customer service experience
• Competence in Windows-based applications
• Certification in Medical Assisting, Medical Coding, or a similar field is preferred
• Six months of customer service experience in a medical/healthcare/insurance related field is preferred
