Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduler to maintain accurate install schedules and facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast tentative install dates and intake customer schedule requests to establish installation timelines
- Monitor daily for customer schedule changes and communicate acceptance or alternative dates to customers
- Utilize ERP systems for tracking and information gathering while ensuring timely completion of daily activities
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of applicable job experience preferred
- Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills for tracking required information
- Associates Degree or 2-year Technical School preferred
