Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Renewals Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to secure renewals and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts to senior management
Required Qualifications:

  • Experience closing deals in high-tech or cybersecurity sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience selling to C-Suite executives is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
