A company is looking for a Global Renewals Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with existing customers to secure renewals and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate forecasts to senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Proven success in managing and growing accounts in a B2B environment
- Experience closing deals in high-tech or cybersecurity sectors
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Experience selling to C-Suite executives is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
