A company is looking for a Reporting Strategy Lead to oversee the enterprise reporting function and ensure the delivery of valuable insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into a reporting roadmap with clear deliverables and workflows
• Manage the enterprise reporting backlog, including intake, scoping, delivery, and maintenance
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data infrastructure needs and track KPIs reflecting reporting performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in Analytics, product management, or reporting operations
• Preferred experience in the healthcare or health tech industry
• Proven project management experience with successful cross-functional project delivery
• Experience with PowerBI, SQL, and modern data stacks integration
