Job Summary
A company is looking for a Research & Development Manager who will lead food innovation initiatives and ensure ingredient quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development processes and manage projects from conception to commercialization
- Direct and manage suppliers to optimize and commercialize ingredients in alignment with development goals
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to gather consumer feedback and adjust products accordingly
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or higher in Food Science, Food Technology; culinary background preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in the food-related industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage product development with a successful track record
- Understanding of how product development impacts business operations and finance
- Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
