Job Summary

A company is looking for a Research and Resolution II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage critical inquiries and issues through the entire resolution lifecycle
• Participate in product releases and projects, documenting issues and anticipating client needs
• Develop processes and lead mitigation plans to solve multi-client impact issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Seven (7) years of experience in client relationship management or product management within the Financial Industry
• Project management experience preferred
