A company is looking for a Retail Customer Service Representative to provide customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Manage customer orders, including processing and tracking
- Provide warranty support and process warranty claims
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to use English at a B1 minimum level
- Must be willing to complete assessments, including a typing test (25 wpm)
- Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player
