Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Investment Associate in Contact Center Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client service requests, including mutual fund transactions and account information
• Understand the Financial Services industry to guide clients effectively
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services while reviewing daily unresolved inquiries for follow-up

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 0+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in an inbound or phone-based role preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment preferred
