A company is looking for a Retirement Contribution Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate incoming contribution requests and payroll feeds, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
- Process payroll and contribution corrections, managing escalated requests from internal and external customers
- Oversee pending contribution files and resolve account issues through effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in retirement plans or the finance industry preferred
- Experience with Relius and Salesforce preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with time-sensitive deadlines
