Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Contribution Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate incoming contribution requests and payroll feeds, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
  • Process payroll and contribution corrections, managing escalated requests from internal and external customers
  • Oversee pending contribution files and resolve account issues through effective communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in retirement plans or the finance industry preferred
  • Experience with Relius and Salesforce preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with time-sensitive deadlines
