Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retirement Service Consultant to provide client service and expertise in retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level consultative client service and maintain knowledge of retirement plan rules and products
- Resolve client inquiries and issues while ensuring service levels are met
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Direct client experience and knowledge of the Retirement Services industry preferred
- Certification or pursuit of certification in industry-related studies preferred
- Experience with financial services systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of retirement plans, ERISA, DOL, IRS regulations, and plan documents
