Revenue Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 and internal policies
• Review customer contracts to assess invoicing and revenue recognition schedules
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations related to revenue and accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in revenue or general ledger accounting
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or a related field is required
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
