A company is looking for a Revenue Assurance Coordinator who will manage job-related documentation and ensure accuracy in sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP
- Review job-jacket documents for accuracy prior to installation and release
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve purchase order issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Homebuilding experience preferred
- 1 year quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level II
- 3+ years quality review, reconciliation, or audit experience for Level III
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
