Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue and Financial Compliance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee private pay collections and revenue cycle management across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living communities
- Lead efforts to collect aged private pay accounts and support Senior Living Revenue Managers
- Collaborate with financial teams to review financial statements and implement best practices for private pay collections
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and Senior Living revenue cycle management, billing, or financial operations
- Proven experience in private pay collections and accounts receivable oversight
- Familiarity with PCC is required; experience with Yardi and MatrixCare preferred
- Prior experience with financial statement review and revenue cycle reporting required
